Minimum stay
The minimum stay is 5 nights (3 nights available upon request). 7 nights in July and August.
Cancellation policy
If the Guest decides to cancel the reservation, it will be refunded as follows:
• 100% if cancelled within 7 days before the check-in date.
• 50% if cancelled within 1 to 6 days before the check-in date.
• In the event of Government restrictions to freedom of movement between Spanish Communities or countries in relation to the coronavirus during the stay, the unused period will be refunded.
Payment terms
50% at the time of the reservation, 50% one month before check in.
For bookings with a check in date within 30 days, the full payment is due at the time of the reservation.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is payable at the time of the reservation to cover any damages that may be caused to the property, or any of the elements or part of the furniture. If everything is in perfect condition at the end of the stay, the aforementioned deposit will be returned within 5 days from the end of the contract.
Maximum capacity
The number of guests may not exceed that indicated for each rental property.
Check in & Check out time
The rental period begins at 5:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee applies per stay. Guests are expected to leave the property in a good condition.
The guest is responsible for cleaning the barbecue after use (if there is one). Otherwise, a fee of 30 euros will be charged.
Bed linen/Towels
One set of sheets and towels is provided per person. If a second set is required, a fee of 20 euros will apply.
Guests must bring their own beach/pool towels.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the properties.
Parties
Parties are not permitted.
